HR and salary accounting
The usage and the increasing demands upon software products required for the application of new technologies in data processing. The kernel of CosmoSet-2 was developed in 2006, and the mostly required software complexes were developed in the next version.
One of the unique solutions developed based on CosmoSet is the automation of HR department.
The electronic file of the employee contains detailed information on the employee: passport data, photos, education, social and marital status, appointments and transfers, leaves: recalling from leave and leave reserves, sick-leave certificates, penalties and promotions, trainings.
The whole process of salary accounting is automated, from calculation, charging and payment: daily performance record table formation, integrated with the automatic system of turnstiles at the enterprise, advances accounting, charges accounting, assignments for payment, allowances and material aid, deductions, as well as the possibility to remit the salary into different bank accounts of the employees.
More than 50 reports are used in the software complex.
Managers of all levels may use the adaptable reports, REV state forms of accounting inclusively.
Daily performance record and task planning
